Nonnie's 5 Ingredient Peach Dump
Perfect for all of the summer nights ahead that crave an easy (peachy) dessert. And perfect for the 4th!

- 8 -10 peaches
- 1 stick (8 tablespoons) salted butter, cubed
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons bourbon ((optional))
- 4 slices brioche bread, torn or pulsed into fine crumbs (about 2 cups of crumbs)
- 4 tablespoons salted butter, melted
- 2 -5 tablespoons cinnamon sugar

1. Preheat the oven to 350° F.2. Arrange the peaches in a large baking dish. Sprinkle the brown sugar and butter over the peaches. Add the vanilla and bourbon (if using). Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until the peaches have softened and the sauce is bubbling up around the peaches. 3. Meanwhile, make the crumbs. Toss the breadcrumbs, melted butter, and cinnamon sugar together on a baking sheet. Bake 10-15 minutes, until toasted. Watch closely to ensure they are not burning.4. Serve the peaches and sauce with ice cream and a generous sprinkle of cinnamon crumbs. Just make sure to remove the pit from the peach once it pops out. ENJOY!
