  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves minced garlic (about 2 teaspoons)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes to taste
