  • 2 pieces taro (satoimo)
  • 2 inches daikon radish

  • 3 –5 Tbsp Saikyo miso (Kyoto-style white miso) ((sweeter than regular white miso))
  • 7 oz soft/silken tofu (kinugoshi dofu)

  • yuzu zest ((optional))
