  • 1 tablespoon Kecap asin Thailand ((atau kecap asin biasa))
  • 1 tablespoon Kecap hitam Thailand
  • 1 teaspoon kecap ikan
  • Freshly ground white pepper ((to taste))
  • 1 pound fresh wide rice noodles ((you can also use 8 ounces dried rice noodles))
  • 4 tablespoons minyak sayur
  • 3 cloves garlic ((chopped))
  • 6 ounces Chinese broccoli ((about 3 cups, cut into 2-inch/5 cm pieces))
  • 2 large eggs ((slightly beaten))
