  • 1 1/2 cups pineapple mint puree
  • 1 14 ounce can Thai coconut milk

Langkah-langkah

  1. Stir together the puree and the coconut milk. Pour it into the ice cream machine and freeze according to your machine's directions. Serve immediately or transfer to an air-tight container and store in the freezer until ready to serve.
