  • ⅓ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter ((very cold and cut into small pieces))
  • ¾ cup fresh raspberries (4 ounces)
