• 6 Egg whites (room temperature)
• 2 teaspoons ekstrak vanila
• 1 teaspoon almond extract (optional)
• 1 ½ cup milk (whole)
• ½ cup sour cream
• 2 Tablespoons cuka putih
• Red Food Coloring
• Blue Food Coloring
• Merah (Taburan Putih dan Biru)
• 1 pound unsalted butter (softened)
• 8 cups gula bubuk
• 1 Tablespoon vanilla extract (clear, if bright white icing is desired)
• pinch of salt
• 1 -3 Tablespoon heavy cream (more if needed)
