• dash of sea salt
• 2 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder
• 4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, (finely chopped)
• 4 large egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1½ to 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1½ cups coarsely chopped whole roasted almonds
