  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic (crushed)
  • 1 fillet anchovy (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice a lemon
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper (for seasoning)
