🟨Sambel Terong Rebus ▶️ Boiled Eggplant Sambal🟥

Bahan-bahan
- 100 -120 ml air (untuk merebus)
- 3 -4 buah terong bulat (kerat-kerat)
- 20 buah cabe rawit
- 2 buah tomat sedang
- 1 buah bawang putih
- 5 buah bawang merah
- Secukupnya ikan asin / teri #Opsional
- 1 sdt / buah terasi (matang / bakar)
- 1 sdt garam
- 1 sdt penyedap #Opsional
- 2 sdt gula pasir
- 100 -120 ml Water (for boiling)
- 3 -4 pieces Round eggplants (cut into the middle part but still intact)
- 20 pieces Bird's eye chili
- 2 pieces Medium tomatoes
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 cloves Shallots
- Optional : Salted fish or dried anchovies (to taste)
- 1 tsp Toasted or grilled shrimp paste (Terasi)
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Seasoning / Broth powder (#Optional)
- 2 tsp Granulated sugar
Langkah-langkah
🟨Cuci bersih bahan rebusan. 🔸Masukkan semua bahan rebusan ke dalam panci. 🔸Lalu tutup panci, dan rebus hingga air menyusut dan bahan matang. ⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺ 🟥Wash all the boiling ingredients thoroughly. 🔸 Place all of them into a pot with water, 🔸Cover with a lid, and boil until the water reduces and all ingredients are fully cooked and tender
🟨Tuangkan semua hasil rebusan ke dalam cobek. 🔸Tambahnkan terasi, gula, garam dan penyedap. 🔸Ulek kasar semua bahan hingga tercampur rata. ⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺⸺ 🟥Transfer all the boiled ingredients into a mortar (cobek). 🔸Add the shrimp paste, sugar, salt, and seasoning. 🔸Grind or mash them coarsely until well combined.
