  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic (about 6 cloves)
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • ½ cup chopped fresh basil or cilantro
  • Cooked Instant Pot Brown Rice
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
