chopped Blue Diamond Almonds (I used the Wasabi and Soy Sauce variety)

batch Sesame-Soy Vinaigrette (see below)
optional garnishes: thinly-sliced green onions, toasted sesame seeds, coarsely-ground black pepper, crushed red pepper flakes

soy sauce

rice wine vinegar

sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon
freshly-cracked black pepper

ground ginger

sriracha or hot chili oil
