  • 1/2 cup / 110g brown sugar (, packed)
  • 2 tsp EACH black pepper, onion powder, mustard powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper ((adjust to taste re: spiciness))
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
