• 2 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2¼ cups all purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons cream of tartar
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• ½ teaspoon salt
• 2 cups cinnamon chips
• ¼ cup granulated white sugar
• ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon ((mixed into the sugar))
