  • 4 oz sliced pork belly ((or substitute with any protein of your choice))
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp toasted white sesame seeds
  • 4 oz bean sprouts
  • 1 Tbsp toasted sesame oil ((for sautéing))
  • ⅛ tsp Diamond Crystal kosher salt ((to taste))
  • ⅛ tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup chicken stock/broth ((or use vegetarian stock/broth))
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 Tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
  • 1 Tbsp miso ((any type; I like this miso))
