  • 4 large eggs, (lightly beaten)
  • 3 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • ¾ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • 16 ounces phyllo dough ((preferably a twin-pack), thawed according to the package directions)
