• 1 cup heavy whipping cream
• 16 oz cream cheese (softened at room temp)
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 2 lbs Fresh strawberries (1 1/2 lbs to blend and put inside the cake and 1/2 lb to decorate the top)
