Summer Strawberries and Cream
Strawberries and cream are a great way to use up summer strawberries. We love to mash these so there is still some texture to the strawberries.

- 1 Large pack of strawberries
- 1/4 cup Sour Cream (to taste)
- 1 to 2 Tbsp Sugar (to taste.)
- 1 loaf of fresh french bread (optional)
Langkah-langkah

Place strawberries in a bowl and give them good rinse.

Cut large strawberries (if any) in half, than using spiral potato masher, mash them. There still should be chunks of strawberries.

Add approximately 1/4 cup of sour cream or low-fat yogurt and 1-2 Tbsp of sugar to your taste.

Mix everything well and serve with some fresh french bread or by itself :)
