  • 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut flake ((large flakes are best))
  • 1/2 cup slivered raw almonds ((or raw almonds, chopped))
  • 1/2 cup raw pecan halves
  • 1 Tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 3 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dried fruit ((my favorite is blueberry // optional))
