• 2 teaspoons hot Hungarian paprika or smoked paprika
• ½ teaspoon granulated garlic powder
• 1½ teaspoons kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
