  • ⅓ cup potato starch or cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp neutral oil
  • 2 Tbsp sake
  • 2 Tbsp mirin
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce ((Use GF soy sauce for gluten-free))
  • 1 g reen onion/scallion
  • 1 –2 packs katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes)
  • pickled red ginger ((to garnish))
