You can customize this salad with whatever veggies you have on hand making it the perfect way to utilize your fresh veggies!

- 8 cups chopped romaine lettuce (any variety)
- 1 cup sliced cucumber
- 1 cup diced fresh tomatoes
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (radish, shredded carrot, purple cabbage)
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds ( or sunflower seeds, toasted)
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or balsamic vinegar)
- 1 teaspoon honey
- ⅛ teaspoon seasoned salt (more to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
