  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 limes (juiced)
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro (or you can sub parsley)
  • 1/2 of an avocado (peeled and pitted)
