  • Freshly cracked black pepper
  • 3 ½ tablespoons avocado oil or olive oil, (divided)
  • 8 flour tortillas (or corn tortillas) ((6 to 7” diameter / 15 to 17 cm))
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ancho (or regular) chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile flakes
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon organic brown sugar
  • Simple Guacamole ((see next recipe card))
  • Mango Avocado Salsa ((or salsa of choice such as pico de gallo))
