• 2 pounds red grapes
• ½ cup grape jam
• 1 (8.5-ounce) bag Lindor chocolate truffles
• 1 (5-ounce) bag conversation heart candies
• 1 (12-ounce) bag cinnamon heart candies
• 1 (9.2-ounce) bag Hershey's chocolate hearts
