  • 2 (15-ounce) cans low sodium black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can pinto beans (rinsed and drained (15 ounces))
  • 2 cups low sodium vegetable broth or water
  • 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon honey
