  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon fine sea salt

  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
