Bahan-bahan

  • 1½ cups granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup vegetable or canola oil
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, (mashed)
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup + 1 tablespoon buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1¾ cups all purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts, (optional)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Preheat the oven to 325℉. Grease and flour one 9x5-inch loaf pan.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oil, bananas, eggs, buttermilk and vanilla; whisk together well. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and nuts (if using). Stir into the wet mixture and pour into the prepared pan.

  3. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
