  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 2 can s oil packed tuna (drained)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • juice from half a lemon
  • 2 tablespoons plain Greek yogurt or mayo (I use Greek yogurt)
  • black pepper
  • 4 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 -2 heirloom or regular tomatoes (sliced)
  • olive oil (for drizzling)
  • kosher salt + pepper
  • 1 avocado (sliced)
  • fresh arugula (for topping)
