  • 1 tablespoon Anggur Shaoxing
  • 3/4 cup kaldu ayam
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons gula
  • 1 tablespoon kecap
  • 1 teaspoon kecap hitam
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons tepung maizena ((dicampur menjadi bubur dengan 2 sendok makan/30 ml air))
  • 1 scallion (chopped)
