Bahan-bahan (4 porsi)

  • 1 lb (500g) daging sapi (diiris setebal 1/4 inci (5mm) (saya menggunakan chuck roast di sini))
  • 5 tablespoons minyak
  • 3 kaffir lime leaves (thinly shredded)
  • 16 oz (455g) coconut cream (or coconut milk)
  • 1 tablespoon palm sugar ( or sugar)
  • 1 tablespoon kecap ikan
  • garam dan gula (secukupnya)
  • 1 tablespoon minyak
  • 1 tablespoon air
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons bubuk cabai
  • 1 teaspoon bubuk ketumbar
  • 1 teaspoon bubuk jintan
  • 1 teaspoon garam
  • 1/2 - inch (1cm) galangal (chopped)
  • 1 lemongrass (use white part only, cut into 2-inch (5cm) length)
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro stems (or roots)
  • 2 bawang merah
  • 2 clove bawang putih
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons kacang panggang kulit merah
  • 1 teaspoon terasi (belacan)
