Bahan-bahan (10 porsi)

• 1 1/4 cup minyak sayur
• 1 3/4 cup kopi hangat
• 3 large telur
• 2 1/2 teaspoons vanila
• 3 cups all purpose flour
• 2 1/4 cup gula pasir
• 1 1/4 Cup unsweetened cocoa powder ((NOT Dutch process))
• 3 Teaspoons tsp baking soda
• 1 1/2 teaspoon garam
• 1/3 Cup Air
• 1/3 Cup Gula pasir
• 1/3 Cup Cherry liqueur ((or cherry juice))
• 3 Cups Heavy whipping cream
• 1/3 Cup Gula bubuk
• 1 Teaspoon Ekstrak vanila
• 2 1/2 Cups ceri manis segar (diadu dan dipotong empat)
