Bahan-bahan

  • 1½ cups full fat plain Greek yogurt ((see tips below))
  • ½ cup nonfat milk ((or use a milk alternative))
  • 3 tablespoons honey ((can sub maple syrup))
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • ¼ cup fresh blueberries
  • 2 medium kiwi, (peeled and sliced)
  • ¾ cup fresh strawberries, (sliced)

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, milk, honey, and chia seeds.

  2. Arrange sliced blueberries, kiwi, and strawberries in popsicle molds.

  3. Gently spoon the yogurt mixture into popsicle molds. Insert wooden sicks into molds. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until the popsicles are solid. Popsicles will keep in the freezer for up to two weeks.
