  • 8 slices uncooked bacon
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 3 g arlic cloves, finely minced
  • 3 packed cups fresh chopped spinach*
  • 1 and 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
  • 9 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
