  • 2 tablespoons kecap ringan
  • 1 teaspoon saus hoisin
  • 1 teaspoon kecap hitam
  • 1/2 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 3 tablespoons neutral oil ((divided))
  • 1 teaspoon ginger ((grated))
  • 2 cloves garlic ((minced))
  • 1/2 cup red bell pepper ((chopped))
  • 1/2 cup scallions ((chopped))
  • 1/2 cup water chestnuts ((cut into 1/2-inch/1cm pieces))
