Bahan-bahan

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 20 refrigerated cheese-filled tortellini classic cheese mini tortellini (or regular-sized tortellini)
  • 24 oz (680g) pasta sauce
  • 8 oz (230g) mozzarella cheese (shredded )
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (shredded )
  • 1 tablespoon parsley leaves (chopped )

Langkah-langkah

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Add the olive oil to a baking dish and spread it to coat evenly.

  2. Cook the tortellini in boiling water until they float to the top, about 1 to 2 minutes. Drain.

  3. Toss the tortellini with the pasta sauce and stir to combine well.

  4. Sprinkle with mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese, followed by the chopped parsley.
