  • 8 ounces paha ayam ((atau dada ayam, potong tipis-tipis, 225g))
  • 1 tablespoon air
  • 1 teaspoon minyak sayur
  • ½ teaspoon kecap
  • 1 teaspoon kanji dr tepung jagung
  • 1 pound fresh mung bean sprouts
  • 4 daun bawang ((potong setengah memanjang, lalu menjadi potongan berukuran 2 inci, pisahkan bagian putih dan hijaunya))
  • 2 cloves garlic ((minced))
  • 5 shiitake mushrooms ((fresh or dried/reconstituted, sliced))
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil ((divided))
  • 2 teaspoons Anggur Shaoxing
  • 2 teaspoons saus tiram
  • ¾ teaspoon garam
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon MSG ((definitely optional, really gives that extra restaurant flavor))
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch ((dissolved in 2 teaspoons water))
