  • 2 tablespoons minyak
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 8 oz dada ayam tanpa kulit dan tanpa tulang (iris)

  • 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 8 oz tauge
  • 1 stalk scallion (cut into 2-inch (5 cm) lengths)
  • 1 tablespoon kacang panggang yang dihancurkan
  • 1 lime (cut into wedges)
  • 3½ tablespoons kecap ikan
  • 3 tablespoons Chinese rice vinegar (preferred or apple cider vinegar)
  • 1½ teaspoons bubuk cabai
  • 2½ tablespoons gula
  • 3 tablespoons air
