  • 2 tablespoons minyak sayur
  • 1/2 cup shallots ((or onion, finely chopped))
  • 2 tablespoons gula pasir
  • 2 teaspoons kecap ringan
  • 2 tablespoons saus tiram
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons kecap hitam
  • ¾ cup kaldu ayam
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 2 cups Babi panggang Cina
