  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • half a banana
  • a handful of spinach (1/4 cup packed)
  • a scoop unflavored collagen protein powder (I use 1/4 cup of this)
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder (I use this, or cocoa powder)
