- 3 small apples (diced small, about 2 cups worth)
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- butter (optional)
- light brown sugar, maple syrup, or honey (optional)
