Cream Cheese Stuffed Meatloaf

• 1 (6-oz) can tomato paste
• 3 large eggs
• 2/3 cup milk
• 2 cups panko bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 cloves garlic (smashed and minced)
• 1 teaspoon dried thyme
• 1 tablespoon kosher salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 2 teaspoons dried parsley (or 1 T fresh parsley)
• 2 (8-oz) packages cream cheese
• 1/2 - 3/4 cup ketchup (for the top)
