Bahan-bahan

6 porsi
  • 6 corn cobs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (or to taste)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Remove the husks and silks from 6 corn cobs and then coat the cobs with 2 tablespoons olive oil .

  2. Oil your BBQ's grate and preheat it to high heat, at least 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

  3. Place the corn on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, turning every few minutes until nice char marks appear (I use a gas BBQ with the lid down).

  4. Remove the corn to a plate and let it cool for a few minutes until it's safe to handle.
