Bahan-bahan

  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lime juice ((about 4 limes))
  • ½ cup water
  • ¼ cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ mini watermelon, (cut into cubes)
  • 2 medium nectarines, (cut into wedges (skin on or off))
  • ½ medium cantaloupe, (skin off and cut into chunks)
  • ½ medium honeydew melon, (skin off and cut into chunks)
  • 12 ounces pink grapefruit sections (from a jar), (optional)
  • grated zest of 1 lime

Langkah-langkah

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the lime juice, water and sugar; mix well. Simmer for 10 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Let stand until cool. The syrup may be prepared up to 1 week in advance.

  2. In a large bowl, combine all fruit and lime zest. Add the syrup and toss gently to coat. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
