  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt (plus more to finish)
  • black pepper (to taste)

  7. Toss it back into the dish with the vinegar getting all the flavor over it, then transfer it to a platter.
