  • 1/4 teaspoon pure peppermint extract
  • Sweetener of choice: (1 packet stevia or Truvia or 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup)
  • Whipped cream (optional for serving)
  • Shaved dark chocolate (optional for serving)
