Granola Buatan Rumah yang Sangat Enak
Insanely Good Homemade Granola is a sweet and savory granola with oats, nuts, seeds, dried fruit mixed together with a cinnamon seasoning and combined with a peanut butter and maple syrup poured over top, then baked to perfection. This is a MUST make granola in 20 minutes!

Bahan-bahan
- 4 cups old-fashioned oats
- 1 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cups shelled pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
- ½ cup shredded coconut
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ cup olive oil (or coconut oil)
- ½ cup maple syrup (or honey)
- ¼ cup peanut butter
- ½ cup dried cranberries

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Add 4 cups old-fashioned oats, 1 cup sliced almonds, 1 cups shelled pumpkin seeds, ½ cup shredded coconut, 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon, and 1 teaspoon salt to a medium bowl and mix until combined.

Add ½ cup olive oil, ½ cup maple syrup, and ¼ cup peanut butter to a small bowl and whisk to combine. Pour over the oat mixture and mix until evenly incorporated.

Spread the granola evenly on the baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, stirring it halfway through the baking time.

Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely before breaking it up and stirring in ½ cup dried cranberries.
