Bahan-bahan

2 porsi
  • 3 cups kale (chopped)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla yogurt )
  • 1 ¼ cup orange juice (or as needed)
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberry, or peach or of choice)
  • 2 teaspoons honey (or preferred sweetener)

Langkah-langkah

  1. Blend kale, yogurt and orange juice until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.

  3. Divide over two glasses and serve immediately.
