Kale Smoothie
This Kale Smoothie is healthy, full of fresh fruits & veggies, and makes the perfect snack!

- 3 cups kale (chopped)
- 1 cup plain yogurt (or vanilla yogurt )
- 1 ¼ cup orange juice (or as needed)
- 2 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen fruit (pineapple, strawberry, or peach or of choice)
- 2 teaspoons honey (or preferred sweetener)
Langkah-langkah
Blend kale, yogurt and orange juice until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Divide over two glasses and serve immediately.
