Bahan-bahan (12 porsi)

• 2 tablespoons mentega tawar ((untuk mengoles wajan))
• 1 3/4 cups tepung serbaguna ((ditambah lagi untuk wajan))
• 2 cups gula
• 3/4 cups bubuk kakao ((Hershey's Special Dark sangat cocok untuk resep ini!))
• 2 teaspoons soda kue
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon garam
• 1 cup dadih
• 1/2 cup minyak sayur
• 2 extra large eggs ((at room temperature))
• 1 teaspoon vanila
• 1 cup kopi panas yang baru diseduh ((semakin kuat semakin baik))
• 6 ounces semisweet or bittersweet chocolate ((baking chocolate or chocolate chips are both fine))
• 2 sticks unsalted butter ((at room temperature))
• 1 extra large egg yolk ((at room temperature))
• 1 teaspoon vanila
• 1 1/4 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1 tablespoon instant coffee powder ((optional))
