  • 1/4 cup frozen banana slices
  • 1/2 tablespoon honey (plus additional to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Pinch ground ginger
  • A few ice cubes (optional)
